All bookings must be made through our website. Choose your package, pick a date and time, and fill in your details. Once confirmed, we’ll email you with payment instructions.

Yes 50% deposit required upon booking which is fully refundable if your event has to be canceled because of any lockdowns and the remaining 50% is to be paid on arrival at the event. All our gaming prices are not subject to VAT.

We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance if you have a specific date and time in mind. Our slots fill up quickly, especially for weekends and school holidays — so the earlier, the better to secure your perfect party time!

We proudly serve a wide area across the South Coast of England, including Brighton, Hove, Chichester, Portsmouth, Crawley, Horsham, and many surrounding towns. If you’re further afield, don’t worry — we may still be able to come to you! For locations over 60 minutes from Worthing, we require a minimum 2-hour booking. If you’re more than an hour away, just get in touch for a custom quote.

Please note: if you don’t have a suitable driveway or parking space in front of your home, some venues in these areas (such as community centres or sports clubs) may allow you to use their facilities for a small fee. You’ll need to arrange this directly with the location.

We’ll need a suitable parking space for the gaming van (usually a large driveway or safe spot near your venue), plus access to a standard electrical socket to power the equipment.

Our van comes equipped with a 50-metre extension lead and a 50-metre ethernet cable, so we can easily connect to your power supply and router if needed. We use our own 5G router, but if the signal isn’t strong enough, we may ask to plug into your home router to ensure a smooth gaming experience.
